One Crown Ring. One Team.
Think about it like this - every creator has a little campfire: their LIVE. Pop into the campfires you enjoy, say hi, trade a story, stay awhile or pop back out.
Have fun, make a memory, and cheer each other on.
Anyone wearing a Crown Ring on their profile picture is part of Blackburn Studios - our team.
This visual helps creators connect and support one another across the team.
Your Level is Showing ;)
Show off your level with your Crown Ring Badge
Every badge has its own story.
Some recognize how you show up. Some celebrate the impact you make. Others recognize the people who lead, lift others up, or helped build this whole thing from the beginning.
Every badge means something, and every contribution matters.
Different paths. One big ol' team. Same crown. 👑

Get Your First Badge 👑
Ready to get your first badge on your Crown Ring? Let's get you in the game.
Your first badge is Representative—your starting place on the Blackburn Studios leadership map.
You're already part of the team. Now it's time to take the next step toward helping more creators find their people.
Meeting these requirements establishes eligibility to participate in the pool. It does not guarantee an individual payout, and all participation remains subject to the Blackburn Studios Profit Participation Agreement.
But like...
What even do the badges mean tho bruh?
Your first badge is just the beginning. 👑
Every badge represents a different way to contribute, grow, and make an impact at Blackburn Studios.
Some recognize leadership. Some celebrate your contributions. Others honor the people who helped build this whole thing.
Different paths. Different achievements. One big ol' team.
Explore the badges below to see what they mean, how they're earned, and what they unlock.
The Path
The Representative Path & Beyond
Leadership starts with how you show up.
At Blackburn Studios, we believe great leaders don't just build teams. They build people.
They welcome newcomers. Celebrate each other's wins. Lead with kindness. Practice gratitude. Share what they've learned. And help others see what's possible for themselves.
Mindset. Kindness. Growth. Gratitude. Love.
These aren't just nice words around here. They're how we play.
It Starts With You
You don't need a fancy title or a massive following to make a difference.
Leadership happens in the little moments.
When you welcome someone into a LIVE room. When you help a new creator figure something out. When you share an opportunity, offer encouragement, or celebrate someone else's success.
Every interaction is an opportunity to make somebody's day a little better.
And when we help other people grow, we grow together.
Representative and Beyond
The Representative badge is your first step on the leadership path.
As you learn, contribute, and help others find their people, new opportunities to lead and grow become available.
Each level recognizes greater responsibility, contribution, and the positive impact you make on the team.
And yes, qualifying leaders may also participate in the Blackburn Studios Profit Participation Program (PPP).
Because we believe the people helping build something meaningful should have an opportunity to share in its success.
But the real reward?
Building a community where people feel welcomed, supported, appreciated, and inspired to do the same for somebody else.
That's How We Grow.
Lead with love. Practice gratitude. Choose kindness. Keep growing.
And help the next person do the same.
One big ol' team. Same crown. 👑
Gangster of Love
Gangster of Love
Big creators. Big impact. One big ol’ team.
Some creators have built a large audience and naturally represent the spirit of Blackburn Studios in their own way.
That kind of presence, influence, and contribution matters. And not every great creator wants to build or manage a team.
That's where Gangsters of Love comes in.
We created a special place in the Blackburn Studios ecosystem for creators who make a big impact simply by being who they are.
You bring your audience, your voice, your energy, and your own way of showing up.
You get to be part of something bigger without having to follow the traditional leadership path of building and managing a team.
Through the Profit Participation Program (PPP), Gangsters of Love participate at the Director level, with a dedicated path that recognizes their unique contribution to the team.
But Of COURSE
They are still part of the same big, big, big, big ol' team.
:)
If Blackburn.Studios tapped you in your TikTok DMs, consider this your invitation. Let's talk.
Gangsters of Love is invitation only. Participation is subject to contractual eligibility requirements and an active Blackburn Studios Profit Participation Agreement.
Founding Contributor
This is how we say THANK YOU to our Founding Contributors 🦖
They believed in us before there was much to believe in.
Our Founding Contributors were part of the team in the earliest days of Blackburn Studios. They believed in what we were building and contributed financially or helped bring the vision to life.
They didn't have to. They chose to.
And that kind of belief deserves a special place in our story.
If you see this badge at the bottom of someone's Crown Ring, you're looking at someone who's been here since before the beginning.
Legit dinos. 🦖
Once a Founding Contributor. Always a Founding Contributor.
This recognition is for life.
Whether you're actively playing with us, take a different path, or leave and come back years later, your contribution to our beginning remains part of our history.
The badge represents something you did, not a position you have to maintain.
You helped build this. Nobody can take that away.
You can earn a new role. You can reach a new level. But you can't go back in time and become a Founding Contributor.
That's what makes this badge special.
Forever part of our foundation. 💛
