The Blackburn Studios Model
One ecosystem—not a chain of downlines.
Many traditional agency models are built around separate recruitment trees. Who recruited whom determines the structure, the opportunity, and who benefits as value moves upward.
Blackburn Studios is built differently.
We use the Power of Ten to create manageable support and develop leaders—not to create private downlines. Recruitment can move someone through Representative, Associate, Manager, and Director, but no leader owns the creators they recruit.
Everyone enters and contributes to one shared Blackburn Studios ecosystem.
Our profit-participation model reserves a 20% pool for eligible participants. Each percentage shown belongs to an entire leadership level and is shared among the eligible participants at that level. It does not belong to one recruiter, depend solely on one branch, or stack as someone advances.
Growth may change your role. It does not change your value.
