Print-on-demand, personalized, and customized products are created after an order is placed. Colors, placement, scale, texture, and appearance may vary slightly because of differences in production processes, materials, screens, and displays.

You are responsible for reviewing product details, sizing information, personalization, color selections, and shipping information before completing your order.

Once production begins, changes and cancellations may not be possible.

Print-on-demand and customized products are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

10. Physical-Product Fulfillment and Shipping

Physical products may be produced, packaged, or shipped by Blackburn HQ, independent creators, manufacturers, or third-party fulfillment providers.

Production and delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, weather, supply availability, production demands, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

11. Coaching, Consulting, and Appointments
