Your first badge is Representative—your starting place on the Blackburn Studios leadership map.
Creators are people, not performance metrics. We believe in recognizing people who show up, grow, and help others do the same.
How to Earn Your Representative Badge
- Raise Your Hand 🙋♀️ — Let us know you're ready! This puts you into our leadership development system so we can help you get started.
- Complete Your Training — Learn how we play, lead, and help creators find their people.
- Bring 10 Creators to the Team — Help 10 people join Blackburn Studios and become part of our big ol' team.
- Get a Peer Recommendation — Have a fellow teammate recognize your contribution and readiness.
- Get a Leadership Recommendation — Receive a recommendation from a leader at Diamond level or above.
Once you've completed these steps and received approval, you've earned your Representative badge! 👑
What Does Your Badge Unlock?
An opportunity to participate in the Blackburn Studios Profit Participation Program (PPP).
As a Representative, you become eligible for consideration for profit participation, provided you also:
- Maintain Active status with Blackburn Studios.
- Connect your TikTok LIVE account to Blackburn Studios.
- Connect your TikTok Shop account to Blackburn Studios.
Once your eligibility is confirmed, we'll email you your Profit Participation Agreement.
Sign your agreement, maintain your eligibility, and you're officially participating in the PPP!
Participation in the PPP requires an active, executed Profit Participation Agreement and continued eligibility under its terms.
